An international marketing group is searching for an administrative professional. As the Office Manager, the candidate selected for this position will organize the office environment, ensuring that office equipment is properly maintained that and schedules are properly coordinated.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment; organize repairs and upgrades to office equipment and furniture
- Organize all food orders and office supplies
- Act as the “face of the company” for all visitors
- Ensure common areas are kept clean and well stocked
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings and travel as needed
- Assist in filing, faxing and mailing
- 2+ years’ administrative experience
- Knowledge of basic clerical practices and procedures
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and sound judgement
