法務スペシャリスト/ Legal Specialist

A global luxury fashion company is looking for a Legal Specialist/ Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will manage legal risk, contract processes, and compliance while coordinating with regional and global legal teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Assess legal risks across business operations in Japan and Korea
• Provide legal advisory on contracts, compliance, and commercial matters
• Review, draft, and manage contracts while improving workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters
• Support intellectual property protection and anti-counterfeit initiatives
• Assist with compliance, regulatory updates, and legal operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal support professional in the legal department of a retail company or law firm
• Experience reviewing contracts
• Prior experience in anti-counterfeit or intellectual property matters (trademark, copyright, etc.)
• Knowledge of confidentiality obligations
• Familiarity with Korean legal matters or Korean language skills
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
