法務顧問/ Legal Counsel

A renowned energy solutions company is seeking a Legal Counsel. The selected candidate will support key transactions across development, construction, and financing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead legal support for site acquisition, due diligence, development, construction, and project financing
• Coordinate closely with business teams in Japan to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Collaborate with internal legal counterparts in Singapore on cross-border matters
• Oversee general legal structuring activities
• Manage internal compliance requirements
• Handle regulatory matters across assigned projects

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of post-qualification experience with a top-tier law firm in Japan
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in real estate acquisition and/or financing
• Prior in-house experience
• Proven M&A / general corporate experience
