法務顧問/ Legal Counsel

A global medical equipment manufacturer is seeking a Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and M&A
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and conduct training
• Implement digital and AI-driven legal process improvements
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Lead compliance audits, investigations, and employee training

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel
• More than 3 years of experience in healthcare industry
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
