法務アソシエイト/ Legal Associate

A renowned renewable energy company is seeking a Legal Associate. The selected candidate will support legal operations through document preparation, research, and compliance coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, memoranda, and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal and factual research to support projects and transactions
• Interpret and analyse statutes, regulations, and industry-related documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and other professionals on legal matters
• Assist with special projects and provide overall legal team support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (law firm or big corporate environment is a plus)
• Experience in project financing, M&A and fund management is ideal
• Possess valid Japanese Bengoshi qualification
• Native level Japanese; business level English is ideal
