法務スタッフ/ Legal Staff

A global automobile manufacturer is seeking a Legal Staff. The selected candidate will manage contracts, provide legal support, and handle corporate compliance matters. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts in Japanese and English
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on business projects
• Assess legal risks for new technologies and report to headquarters
• Coordinate with external law firms and manage litigation cases
• Support internal compliance, audits, and legal training initiatives
• Oversee legal budget, internal rules, and corporate governance tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law
• More than 3 years of experience in a company’s legal department, law firm, or equivalent working environments
• Experience in multicultural or international settings is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N1) and reading English
