法務スペシャリスト/ Legal Specialist

A foreign technology company is searching for a Legal Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing contracts related to licenses, system development, and maintenance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise relevant contractual documents in both Japanese and English
• Support contract conclusion and manage contract documentation
• Optimise corporate compliance and manage internal communication between group companies
• Prepare corporate governance documents, meet legal requirements, support investment projects, and conduct due diligence
• Act as a liaison with external lawyers and patent attorneys

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of practical legal experience
• Business level Japanese; fluent level English
