プライバシースペシャリスト/ Privacy Specialist

A global mobility technology company is looking for a Privacy Specialist. The selected candidate will support privacy operations, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives across the business. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from business and development teams under Privacy by Design
• Assess privacy risks by reviewing business schemes and identifying applicable laws
• Develop and enhance privacy policies, processes, and data mapping frameworks
• Review privacy contracts, prepare notices, manage data subject requests, and respond to incidents
• Support compliance activities and implement privacy requirements across services
• Lead and coordinate projects tied to organisational or regulatory changes

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience in the privacy or data-related field, specifically from the perspective of Japanese law
• Experience in a flexible and diverse environment, with the ability to collaborate with various team members and stakeholders
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid CIPP, CIPM, and/or CDPSE certifications
• Prior experience in the international, diverse, dynamic environment with great interpersonal skills
• Proven experience dealing with regulatory authorities
• Knowledge with basic security practices
