リスクマネージャー/ Risk Manager

A global financial services company is looking for a Risk Manager. The selected candidate will oversee risk management processes and provide strategic guidance on mitigation strategies. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain risk management frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluations
• Analyse financial impact of identified risks
• Provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation
• Report risk findings to stakeholders
• Educate employees on risk awareness and compliance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in credit risk management role within financial services
• Experience in risk management, legal, compliance, business continuity management, and internal audit
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
