貿易コンプライアンスリーダー/ Trade Compliance Leader

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Trade Compliance Leader. The selected candidate will lead regional trade compliance strategy, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional trade compliance initiatives aligned with global objectives
• Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and apply local and regional regulations
• Assess compliance risks and improve processes to ensure regulatory adherence
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and training to strengthen compliance frameworks
• Manage customs operations, broker relationships, and outsourcing partners
• Oversee audits, training programs, and execution of compliant trade practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Proficient in written and spoken English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of related professional experience
