コンプライアンス推進/ Compliance Promotion

A global IT company is looking for a Compliance Promotion. The selected candidate will lead compliance initiatives while overseeing team management and governance activities in a hybrid role. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise group members while managing daily operations
• Review deliverables and ensure quality and regulatory alignment
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and skills enhancement
• Report compliance matters to supervisory authorities and stakeholders
• Strengthen and enforce the internal compliance framework
• Plan and execute compliance training and manage key meetings and committees

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in member management
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience at a financial institution
• Understanding of laws and guidelines related to payments
