コンプライアンス担当/ Compliance Officer

A global insurance firm is seeking a Compliance Officer for Japan. The successful candidate will oversee local compliance implementation, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and implement group and regional compliance policies to align with local regulations
• Ensure internal policies, controls, and practices meet business and compliance standards
• Identify and assess key risks, supporting functional teams in developing mitigation plans
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to local laws and regulatory requirements
• Manage compliance reporting to local and regional management teams
• Partner with operations and functional leaders to strengthen compliance across processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of working experience in related role
• Knowledge in risk management, compliance and legal
• Understanding of appropriate methodologies of compliance monitoring

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the insurance and assistance industry is an added advantage
