法務・コンプライアンス担当/ Legal & Compliance Officer

A renowned asset management firm is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer. The selected applicant will oversee legal and compliance matters, ensuring business activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review various types of agreements and documents for legal compliance
• Assess the feasibility of new business initiatives or products from a legal perspective
• Enforce internal rules and policies across business activities
• Prepare regular reports, filings, and applications for regulatory authorities and self-regulatory organisations
• Conduct regular compliance meetings and training for education
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory authorities, self-regulatory organisations, and law firms

Requirements:

• Legal background (in-house lawyer at a financial institution)
• Work experience at financial institutions (investment manager, investment bank, broker-dealer)
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Compliance role experience at a financial institution
• Global business experience
• Japanese Bar qualification
