コンプライアンススペシャリスト/ Compliance Specialist

An international pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Compliance Specialist. The selected candidate will lead strategic compliance, risk management, and core compliance operations while partnering with business leaders to strengthen ethical standards and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic compliance and risk management to protect the company from compliance and reputational risks
• Develop and manage regulatory infrastructure, rules, processes, digital tools, and training programs
• Act as a trusted business partner and risk consultant to support informed decision-making
• Manage core compliance operations, including transparency reporting and governance of donations and sponsorships
• Oversee Third-Party Relationship management under strict compliance standards
• Drive Legal, Ethics and Compliance strategic initiatives, including process optimisation and integrity culture building
• Support compliance investigations and collaboration with industry partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in global compliance within a multinational company
• Proficient in compliance operations, transparency reporting, and regulatory governance
• Strong passion for integrity, compliance culture, and continuous learning
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
