法務・コンプライアンス顧問/ Legal & Compliance Counsel

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel. The selected candidate will provide strategic legal guidance and ensure full regulatory and healthcare compliance across business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver legal counsel to support operational and strategic decisions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation
• Advise business teams on daily legal matters and emerging risks
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend necessary internal actions
• Oversee HCP/HCO/POG engagements, investigations, and compliance disclosures
• Manage compliance training, SOPs, monitoring activities, and internal awareness initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law
• More than 5 years of experience of HCC job in pharmaceutical company in Japan
• Knowledge in promotional code of JPMA and Fair Competition code of FTC-EDMI
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level verbal and written English
