コンプライアンス担当官/ Compliance Officer

A global investment firm is seeking a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will oversee compliance programs, manage risks, and support regulatory adherence across the organisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with laws and regulations
• Identify financial and legal risks and create mitigation strategies
• Support compliance reviews, reporting, and regulatory submissions
• Conduct risk assessments and internal compliance audits
• Provide regular compliance updates to management
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law, Finance, Business or relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of compliance experience with prior working experience in a Private Equity organisation or financial institution
• Understanding of investment management business laws and regulations
• Possess valid Type II Finance License
• Fluent level Japanese and English
