コンプライアンス担当/ Compliance Officer
A global insurance firm is seeking a Compliance Officer for Japan. The successful candidate will oversee local compliance implementation, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Review and implement group and regional compliance policies to align with local regulations
- Ensure internal policies, controls, and practices meet business and compliance standards
- Identify and assess key risks, supporting functional teams in developing mitigation plans
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to local laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage compliance reporting to local and regional management teams
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to strengthen compliance across processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of working experience in related role
- Knowledge in risk management, compliance and legal
- Understanding of appropriate methodologies of compliance monitoring
- Professional level Japanese; business level English is ideal
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the insurance and assistance industry is an added advantage
