KYCシニア担当官/ KYC Senior Officer

An international financial services company is seeking a KYC Senior Officer. The selected candidate will oversee data control, file review, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to KYC and due diligence standards. This is a long-term haken and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate KYC data and documentation for accuracy and compliance with due diligence standards
• Identify data inconsistencies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Act as a subject matter expert supporting the KYC Due Diligence team and uphold high-quality file standards
• Escalate identified risks and propose action plans to management for resolution
• Conduct full KYC file analysis to confirm completeness and consistency before validation
• Prepare reports and contribute to KPI tracking, highlighting areas for quality improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Background in compliance and KYC
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
