A global IT company is seeking a Compliance Promotion professional (Prospective Leader to Manager). The successful candidate will oversee compliance initiatives, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise group members and review deliverables
• Foster team growth and skill development through coaching and training
• Manage compliance reporting to supervisory authorities
• Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries
• Implement and monitor the company’s compliance framework
• Plan and execute compliance training programs and committee operations

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in member management
• Prior experience at a financial institution
• Understanding of laws and guidelines relevant to payments
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 800+)
