コンプライアンス担当シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, Compliance

A global real estate company is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance. The selected candidate will oversee all compliance aspects to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance training and ensure adherence to the financial instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant regulations
• Monitor and ensure compliance in internal procedures and provide guidance for necessary improvements
• Organise and manage investment committee meetings, including preparing and maintaining minutes
• Perform procedural reviews and maintain compliance documentation
• Submit required documents for business licenses and related matters to relevant organisations
• Resolve compliance issues in collaboration with the Group Legal Team and external counsel when necessary
• Mentor junior compliance staff to ensure appropriate performance

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in compliance
• Understanding of the financial instruments and Exchange Act and other compliance related laws and regulations
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
