コンプライアンス・アシスタント/ Compliance Assistant

An investment banking company has opened a position of Compliance Assistant. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing personal account dealing tasks. This is a long-term haken position.

Responsibilities:

• Gather trade statements
• Conduct trade reconciliation in line with PAD policy requirements
• Manage JSDA registration of security sales representatives
• Prepare regulatory filings
• Oversee regulatory notifications for JSDA, FSA, TSE, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge in finance within a relevant compliance domain is preferable
• Experience in a multinational environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in written and oral English
