A large insurance company is looking to hire a Compliance Risk Governance Director. This position will be responsible for maintaining compliance to the company's rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold all laws and regulations the company needs to comply with
- Monitor the implementation of necessary actions regarding new regulations
- Organise company-wide training regarding compliance matters as necessary
- Prepare official reports for compliance matters in both Japanese and English
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in compliance in the life insurance industry
- Project management skills
- Native level Japanese; business level English
