An exciting enterprise software company is searching for a Sales Professional. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for account planning, customer relationship management, customer acquisition, etc.
- Prepare and implement the technical account plan
- Develop a strong understanding of customers' business processes, workflows, etc.
- Support technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Cooperate with key customer stakeholders to see that the proposed company’s solution is completed
- Oversee resources within planned account goals to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Work with colleagues from pre-sales consulting, marketing, professional services, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience with consulting-intensive pre-sales, technical account management, or solution-oriented consulting
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders
- Experience selling to manufacturing, engineering or IT organisations
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Excellent English proficiency
