A leading international software producer is searching for a talented salesperson with experience in the automotive industry. As a Major Account Executive, the successful candidate will build strong relationships within accounts both domestic and international.
- Directly interface with large named accounts both domestically and internationally; grow the business relationship within accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives
- Meet/exceed annual and multi-year targets (revenue, bookings, billings, etc.); maximise individual sales opportunities
- Develop important and effective relationships within the account including key executives; translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value
- Provide timely, accurate and detailed forecasts; effectively leverage chosen sales processes, tools and methodologies; provide effective internal information as requested and construct internal/external presentations in an effective and professional manner
- Coordinate, influence and orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for account and/or opportunity development; build and influence a global/virtual team (sales, support and consulting)
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Bilingual Japanese and English abilities
