A renowned construction company is looking for a Sr. Market Reach Specialist. The selected candidate will elevate data quality, deliver actionable market and customer insights, and drive territory, pricing, and database operations to strengthen marketing and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Improve data quality to increase the impact of marketing and sales initiatives
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders on market reach, territory planning, and year-end realignment
• Analyse customer and business performance data and share insights with internal stakeholders
• Own pricing operations, including pricing filings and price list management
• Maintain and optimise market and customer databases by refining data maintenance processes
• Support ad hoc analytics projects and business process implementation as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline is ideal)
• More than 3 years of experience in data analysis or process improvement within a scaled organisation
• Proficient in written and verbal English (spoken and written Mandarin or Korean is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, or Access
