A global chemical company is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive sales, develop strategies, and manage distributor relationships to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory and achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Build value through understanding customer applications and portfolio profitability
- Communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers and distributors
- Educate customers on products, features, and benefits
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts
- Lead distributor management, channel development, and internal collaboration
Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
