A global automotive components manufacturer is seeking an International Sales, Aftermarket professional. The selected candidate will drive sales performance, expand global accounts, and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies and commercial policies to ensure portfolio profitability
- Align with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and corrective actions
- Lead regular meetings with global sales teams and agents to drive business expansion
- Grow existing accounts and pursue new customers and markets
- Resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyse market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in sales and new customer acquisition in automotive and/or construction industry
- Business level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Prior onsite automotive maintenance experience
- Proven experience and knowledge in aftermarket
