営業担当/ Sales Executive
A global data transformation solutions company is looking for a Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop and close new business while ensuring satisfied and referenceable customers
- Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to drive customer success
- Actively manage territory targeting specific companies and collaborating with select partners to drive incremental pipeline
- Manage complex enterprise-wide sales cycles and present the value proposition effectively
- Develop territory and target account plans with Marketing to maintain a rolling 4-quarter pipeline
- Orchestrate team selling efforts among Value Engineering and Consulting Delivery Services
- Win new customers and grow business within existing accounts in a competitive environment
- Conduct sales in person and via phone/web with high-level industry executives
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, accounts, competitors and industry trends, including Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance
- Understand customer needs, industry verticals, priorities, challenges, constraints and market trends proactively
- Leverage executive support for sales strategy, partner engagement and field escalation resolution
- Manage sales cycles to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Forecast, manage and update pipeline activities using Salesforce.com
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting and regular sales performance reviews
Requirements:
- More than 7 years proven direct or indirect sales experience
- Experience in territory and pipeline management, including prospecting, driving, orchestrating and closing complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated value and solutions sales experience
- Contacts with industry decision makers, including customers, Partners (SAP/Infor) and System Integrators (IBM, Accenture, Deloitte)
- Detail-oriented in negotiating contracts and terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the legal right to live and work in Japan
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with Sandler or similar sales methodology
- Exepreince in software sales/service for large enterprise customers
