セールスイネーブルメントスペシャリスト/ Sales Enablement Specialist
A global IT solutions company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist. The selected candidate will drive training programs, optimise enablement processes, and support cross-functional initiatives. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and roll out onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Support seminar and event preparation to facilitate effective learning
- Deliver sales training on communication, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Support sales activities for renewals, retention, and upsell within a stock-business model
- Localise global enablement resources for the Japan market and propose improvements
- Collaborate with Japan and global stakeholders to drive smooth initiative execution
Requirements:
- Prior sales, marketing, customer success, or training-related experience
- Knowledge of subscription or stock-based business models, or willingness to learn
- Business level Japanese; proficient in spoken English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience teaching or facilitating (including internal or academic training)
