セールスアカウントエグゼクティブ/ Sales Account Executive
An international technology company is seeking a Sales Account Executive. The selected candidate will manage sales, develop strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to expand market presence and customer engagement. This is a remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales leadership and collaborate with Field Applications Engineering and Business Units
- Promote and sell products to established customers and develop new prospects
- Identify interconnect opportunities and work with customer engineering teams to integrate products
- Develop and implement sales plans and growth strategies for territory and customers
- Meet and exceed sales quotas via new design wins and full channel management
- Motivate customers to increase product adoption in designs
- Support technical aspects of the sales cycle and marketing activities for product implementation
- Provide customer service for complex technical inquiries and interconnect issues
- Track orders, revenue, and maintain customer records
- Build rapport and provide support regarding samples, delivery, specifications, quality, and credit
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends and competition in the territory
- Stay informed on new products and relevant customer information
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of sales experience in High-Speed Interconnect, Power, PCBA, or related field
- Experience negotiating technical design wins, vendor approvals, contracts, and customer partnerships
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of international business practices
