シニア営業担当/ Senior Sales Representative

A multinational power management company is seeking a Senior Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by managing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and promoting complex power solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for assigned accounts, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Manage repeat-order products and maintain consistent follow-up to secure recurring business
• Lead consultative sales for complex solutions such as HMI and CCTV systems through long-term client engagement
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Promote solutions through customer visits, exhibitions, and seminars while monitoring competitors and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in sales in industrial or electrical market
• Prior technical and electrical knowledge
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with harsh and hazardous process control, HMI, networking, telecoms or fire and gas markets
