営業サポート担当者/ Sales Support Officer

A global transportation and container manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support Officer. The successful candidate will support sales operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and manage customer documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales, Trade, ARO, HO, and other departments to support business development
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, and related reports for customers
• Collaborate with key account and sales managers across countries
• Ensure timely submission and filing of contracts and sales documents
• Provide customer updates and assist with outside sales activities
• Propose improved solutions to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Experience shipping company or non-vessel operating common carrier
• Proficient in spoken and written English
