アカウントエグゼクティブ/ Account Executive

A global IT consulting firm is seeking an Account Executive. The selected applicant will lead and grow relationships with major financial services clients in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the account relationship with major financial services clients
• Expand and maintain CXO relationships, understanding client business strategies and challenges
• Explore new business opportunities within existing accounts and create appropriate proposals
• Leverage global practices, sales, ecosystem partners, and professional networks to offer value-added solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction by following up on existing engagements and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Sell end-to-end services and foster sustainable growth in large accounts

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of work experience in either a major global insurance company as an executive or business/IT leaders, or business development experience at consulting firm or global IT service firm
• Practical experience in a Japanese financial institute
• Business development experience in identifying new IT solution provision service, system integration, outsourcing, or consulting service
• Experience in selling or creating a large-scale project in global context (users, stakeholders, participants, or products)
• Prior team management experience
• Knowledge of sufficient business, products, industry, market, and process knowledge on Japanese insurance company
• Experience in working overseas offices is ideal
• Strong market or product knowledge as SME in particular business areas in insurance are a plus
• Understanding of industry-specific solutions (Temenos T24, Guidewire, etc.) is desired
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English
