A cloud-based software leader has an opening for Pre-Sales professional. Seeking an individual with strong communication skills and prior pre-sales experience to join a rapidly growing high tech company and play a part in building, managing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Work with the sales team to build and maintain customer relationships that generate net-new ACV
- Understand customer needs and develop high quality presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that speak to these needs
- Provide customer feedback to product management and engineering teams to obtain new customer requirements or suggestions
- Educate prospects and existing customers about the company’s solutions
- 3+ years’ pre-sales experience, especially in the area of CRM; SFDC experience a big plus
- Highly skilled in conducting presentations and demos for prospects and customers
- Adept at authoring proposals
- Advanced internal and external communication skills
- Pharmaceutical industry expertise preferred
- Advance English skills (TOEIC 800+) preferred
