国別セールスディレクター/ Country Sales Director
A global medical device manufacturing company is looking for a Country Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead national sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts while aligning with regional and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with regional leadership
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, QA/QC, and customer service
- Drive disciplined sales planning and execution using CRM tools and structured action plans
- Mentor team on value-based selling and strategic account management
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and senior decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in sales and sales management in area of semiconductors, chemicals, materials and industrial
- Professional Japanese; business level English
