営業ディレクター/ Sales Director
A global facilities services company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected candidate will drive regional commercial performance by leading sales strategy, operational excellence, customer retention, and team development while achieving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own regional revenue, profitability, and cost performance to deliver consistent growth
- Lead sales teams to strengthen pipelines, improve conversion, and execute regional campaigns
- Oversee operational standards, service delivery, compliance, and onboarding quality
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and retention strategies to reduce churn
- Develop multi-layer teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Analyse market trends and adjust commercial strategy to capture growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in multi-site leadership
- Prior experience managing both sales and operations
- Background in B2B sales and customer management
- Ability and willingness to travel within Japan
- Native level Japanese; business level English
