Sales Director
A global footwear retail company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve financial targets
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives and monitor performance
- Launch seasonal assortments on time and track sell-through with corrective actions as needed
- Manage and train sales managers while ensuring team alignment with business vision
- Plan and execute account-specific promotions, space management, and product assortments to maximise exposure
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and accounts to expand market presence
Requirements:
- More than 20 years of sales experience in account management
- Experience leading a sales team of 15+ members
- Deep knowledge of the Japanese footwear industry and established customer network
- Fashion acumen with a strong interest in the latest trends
- Proficient in English
