Senior Director of Lifestyle

A renowned entertainment company is looking for a Senior Director of Lifestyle. The selected candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market opportunities across lifestyle categories. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement long-term business development strategies for Lifestyle categories
• Manage the Lifestyle P&L and monitor performance against revenue targets
• Develop growth strategies by business category, including financial benchmarks
• Identify and address gaps in product sub-categories, markets, and franchises
• Build and maintain a portfolio of licensing agents and licensees to drive business growth
• Establish key retail partnerships and maintain relationships with decision-makers

Requirements:

• Experience in international apparel and homewares licensing within the region
• Prior experience building brands across various channels and distributions
• Proven experience delivering growth
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent product merchandising skills and sense of fashion trends
