セールスディレクター/ Sales Director

A global semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Sales Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring business continuity is established and sustained for product lines at a key customer.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the selling of products (sales and upgrades)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
• Establish relationships within the key customer account to sell complex technical solutions
• Provide leadership to the Account Managers, Field Process team, Service team, Business Unit personnel
• Maintain contact with high-level personnel at the customer to influence the need for value-added product solutions
• Successfully interact with multiple internal product divisions, and support organisations for successful support of a key customer
• Develop an account plan and strategy that enhances the ability to engage in future technology collaborations
• Enable incremental sales of existing product offerings and support up-selling efforts in installation base at a key customer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field
• More than 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or related sales support activities in the semiconductor capital equipment industry
• Prior account management or sales support experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in CRM and SAP is preferred
• Understanding of semiconductor processing and knowledge of technical equipment operation
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
