A renowned IT security company is looking for a Heads of Sales. The successful candidate will lead its sales team in executing business strategies across various distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and motivate the sales team, ensuring maximum output within budget
- Achieve revenue goals on both end user price and net revenue bases
- Act as the escalation point regarding sales, business, and market development
- Identify and grow business potential while fostering demand for business technologies
- Proactively address revenue attainment risks
- Prepare and follow up on business plans for the Japanese market
- Implement strategies in Japan and manage all stages of enterprise opportunities
- Forecast and report business results to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and technical support departments to achieve business targets
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in sales management, including indirect sales through partners, distributors, and resellers
- More than 5 years of people management experience
- More than 5 years of experience in preparing and executing sales strategies
- Knowledge of direct and indirect sales processes in consumer and business segments in Japan
- Professional background in IT software or hardware industries; IT security experience is a plus
- Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
