An international environmental services company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected individual will exceed annual sales targets by managing sales team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Guide teams to generate leads and close new business in testing and certification market
- Implement strategic plan to expand customer base and increase share of wallet
- Oversee recruiting and performance evaluations of sales representatives
- Provide consistent sales training and coaching sessions
- Facilitate engagements with other business areas
- Support sales representatives' administrative activities
- Foster strong customer relationships to understand their needs
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Develop sales strategies for domestic and international markets
- Identify emerging markets and monitor competition status
Requirements:
- Experience in sales (industrial sector)
- Prior leadership experience (head of sales or team leader in a medium-sized services provider is preferred)
- Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- Background in field-based coaching activities
- Fluent level English and Japanese
