A renowned aerospace company is seeking a Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead business development efforts with the Government and target customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive opportunities with the government and other key customers
- Manage sales pipeline and capture plan development
- Develop communication strategies for collaboration with government and industry partners
- Execute sales activities, engaging with business leads, customers, and partners
- Lead bid production, highlighting competitive business selling points
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in solution sales or business development in the space domain
- Knowledge of the space industry and ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in sales or business development on GEO missions is a plus
- Knowledge of the JAXA and Japanese government ecosystem is preferred
- Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
