A Sales Director position is now available a multinational technology solutions organisation. The qualified candidate will set short and long-term sales goals, develop strategies with global teams. This role is based in Kanagawa.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team and achieve revenue target
- Maintain regular meetings and account calls
- Develop and implement expansion strategies
- Lead negotiations to secure new contracts
- Monitor and follow up on action items
- Conduct price negotiations with customers
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of semiconductor sales & marketing, or technical sales experience
- Strong SAP/SFDC skills is ideal
- Native level Japanese; Fluent level written and verbal (TOEIC 900+)
