An America energy company is searching for a new sales director. This position will be responsible for developing a market strategy to maximize profit in the Japan market place. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion to leading sales efforts for the company.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by rapidly growing the customer base and enhancing revenue streams
- Diversify the company’s modes of acquisitions by establishing different types of sales channels partners as well developing a digital customer acquisition process
- Develop and implement programs that improve the company’s sales, reputation, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Develop the organization via team evaluation and restructuring so that key competencies are fully utilized
- College degree in business is a plus
- Sales team management experience
- Data analysis skills
- Microsoft office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Business English (written and spoken)
