Your primary work will involve meeting revenue goals while improving the CRM pipeline and building a customer oriented automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will have solid English proficiency and familiarity with automotive company management JOEMs.

- Promote value selling
- Improve CRM pipeline
- Improve accuracy of CRM
- Build customer oriented Japanese GIG automotive sales team
- Connections with automotive company management JOEMs
- Experience with involved connector selection through application preferred
- A solid command of English strongly required
- People management experience a plus
