A multinational business strategy and market intelligence group is searching for a skilled sales management professional. As the Sales Director, the successful candidate will coordinate with commercial and internal teams to manage the full sales cycle and generate new business.
- Manage a full-cycle sales process to realize profitable new business
- Increase market share, company reputation and other defined strategic sales goals
- Successfully coordinate with other internal resources and team members to support and expedite the sales process
- Negotiate commercial terms for software evaluations, services, licensing and maintenance/implementation agreements; support the negotiation of contractual legal terms by collaborating with finance as needed
- Accurately and thoroughly input and update sales activity records; ensure compliance with company sales processes and procedures
- 8+ years’ sales management experience in software and/or consulting services; international sales experience is desirable
- An ability to establish relationships and maintain strong rapport with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; including senior management
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work effectively in various cultures and work environments
- Managed services/SaaS solutions experience preferred
