An experienced sales professional is needed at an international technology firm. As the Sales Director, you will build strong business relationships as you manage the full sales cycle for technology solutions.
- Develop, execute and lead the growth and expansion of the Japanese business to mobile operators, retail chains, buyback companies, reverse logistics repair companies, OEMs, call centers and more
- Build strong relationships with high value key accounts (existing/potential) to grow revenue
- Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts and renewals for existing customers
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts for planning all sales strategies
- Act as a strong leader; coach and monitor your team so that they focus on effectively and efficiently supporting market growth
- 10+ years’ experience in Japan selling IT based technology to operators and retail markets
- Experience working with C-level management and budget owners
- Experience working with senior telecom operators; experience selling hardware or software solutions is preferable
- Prior experience managing a sales team and local operations
- Fluent English
