セールスコンサルタント/ Sales Consultant
An international professional services organisation is looking for a Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive business growth, and build long-term client relationships while collaborating across teams. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and client offboarding
- Assess client needs and present tailored service proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for effective pipeline management
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive business development
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to strengthen market presence
- Document internal meeting notes to support organisational alignment
- Collaborate with onboarding and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experiences
Requirements:
- Practical experience in sales or a quota-bearing position
- Experience in global B2B sales
- Proven consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales within professional or financial services
- Skilled in market research and translating insights into sales strategies
- Fluent level English
