A global organisation that provides a variety of pharmaceutical products is searching for a Sales Planning Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be tasked to prepare sales strategies and reports through global interaction.
- Support the execution of promotional strategies and monitoring of KPIs
- Encourage agile business decision making within the organisation
- Manage KPI development for digital activities
- Ensure compliance of corporate activities with relevant laws and regulations
- Utilise CRM/SFA system in managing company data and files
- Work with international operations to create regional frontline focus projects
- Attend regular meetings and projects for effective communication with partners
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical sales planning is preferred
- Skilled in pharmaceutical data systems (Ex-WS, IQVIA, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in multiple analytics and databases
- Expertise in MS Office Suite
- Possess skills in project management and cross-organisational project promotion
- Fluent in Japanese; business level English
