販売マネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global chemical solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager for PC (non-automotive markets). The selected candidate will drive business growth, manage key accounts, and improve profitability while resolving commercial and technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing accounts while expanding new business opportunities
- Identify and target potential customers to drive market growth
- Analyse accounts to uncover profitability and cash flow improvements
- Resolve technical and commercial issues with clients
- Plan and manage customer visits while responding promptly to inquiries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on pricing, product development, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or related science is preferred
- 5-10 years in sales management experience in specialty chemicals industries
like the synthetics materials, coated fabrics / synthetic fibre / paper, film & foil packaging, flame retardants & etc. - Skilled in sales management, project management and negotiation, IT or SAP
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
